SERVICE SCOPE
What each job actually covers
We set out plainly what each service covers, how long the car stays with us and how often it is needed. The cost comes from looking at your car, in writing, not from a list.

Scheduled Maintenance

Oil and Filter Change
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Old oil drained and new oil filled
- Oil filter replaced
- Air and cabin filters checked
- Leak check and level adjustment
Checked every 20,000 km
Brake Service
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Pad and disc thickness measured
- Calipers and pistons cleaned
- Hydraulic lines and hoses inspected
- Brake fluid renewed where needed
When the warning light comes on
Engine Diagnostics
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Fault codes read with the diagnostic tool
- The circuit confirmed on the car with live data
- Mechanical side checked by eye and by hand
- Findings written up in a fault report
Every 60,000 km or per the maker schedule
Transmission Service
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Transmission fluid drained and renewed
- Filter and gasket replaced
- Leak and level check
- Gear changes checked on a road test
Once a year, before the season
Air Conditioning Service

- Refrigerant pressure measured and topped up
- Leak test on the system
- Cabin (pollen) filter replaced
- Hygiene treatment and odour removal
Every 3 - 5 years
Battery Replacement
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Battery health and charge test
- Alternator and charging circuit measured
- Battery of the correct rating fitted
- Car settings preserved
At seasonal changeovers
Tyre Replacement
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Tyres removed, fitted and balanced
- Valves renewed
- Pressure and tread depth measured
- Removed tyres kept in storage on request
Every 20,000 km or after an impact
Wheel Alignment and Balancing
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- All four wheels balanced
- Front geometry measured on the alignment rig
- Toe and camber adjusted
- Before and after readings given as a printout
When there is damage
Bodywork and Paint
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Dent removal or panel replacement
- Shade matched with a colour reading device
- Primer, paint and lacquer applied
- Paint thickness measured at handover
When a noise or smell appears
Exhaust Repair
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Silencer, centre pipe and catalytic converter checked
- Leak points traced
- Repair by welding or part replacement
- Joints and rubber hangers renewed
When a fault shows itself
Auto Electrics
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Charging system and starter motor measured
- Sensors, fuses and relays checked
- Wiring loom traced
- Circuit tested after the repair
When there is a crack or hazing
Glass and Headlight Replacement
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Windscreen replaced or crack repaired
- Hazed headlight lenses polished
- Headlight aim reset
- Sealing and water test
Before buying or selling a car
Vehicle Inspection
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Engine, gearbox and underside checked
- Brakes and suspension measured
- Paint thickness and chassis checked
- Findings handed over as a written report
The cost is shared in writing once we have seen the car.
HOW IT WORKS
Four steps from booking to handover
- 01 Booking We take your registration, the complaint and your preferred date.
- 02 Inspection The car goes up on the lift and the fault is confirmed by measurement.
- 03 Approval The parts and labour list is sent to you with its price.
- 04 Handover A road test is carried out and the car is handed back washed.

When the warning light comes on or the engine runs unevenly, fault codes are read with the diagnostic tool and the cause is confirmed on the car.

TYRES AND WHEELS
Tyre Replacement
Seasonal or wear-related tyre changes, valve renewal and pressure setting. Removed tyres can be kept in storage if you wish.

Bodywork and Paint
Dent removal, panel replacement and paint matched with a colour reading device. Paint thickness is measured before handover.
